For quote, display, installation or privacy questions, please include your watch model, firmware, CastXQ version, affected symbol, approximate time and time zone, and any displayed error code. Screenshots are optional; remove personal information first. Do not send API keys, passwords or configuration files.

Before reporting a missing quote

Check your phone connection, Garmin Connect and internet access, then reopen CastXQ. Newly requested symbols may need a collection cycle before data is available. Saved quotes can remain visible while offline; the glance does not fetch new prices. Check quote timestamps and status before interpreting a displayed value.

Availability

Support is provided by email. No guaranteed response time or 24-hour support service is advertised. CastXQ is operated by Joinfuns (Taiwan). It provides market information, not trade execution or investment advice.
